Description:
Electro galvanized welded wire mesh is made of high quality low
carbon steel wire through automatic digital controlled welding
equipments. It is welded with plain steel wire, then electro
galvanized after welding. The finished products are level and flat
with sturdy structure, it has beautiful appearance.
Applications:
welded wire mesh is used in industry, agriculture, building, transportation, mining,
fishing, poultry, egg baskets, runway enclosures, draining rack,
fruit drying screen, fence etc.
Galvanized steel welded wire mesh are manufactured by welding thick
diameter steel wires to form a rectangular or square mesh hole. The
weld mesh panel is then hot-dip galvanized which protects the steel
from rust corrosion and gives the panels its silver / zinc coloured
appearance. Steel weld mesh panels are used for security cages,
aviaries, garden fences, garden screening, dog fencing, leaf covers
for ponds, vegetable frames and around machinery in factories and
production areas for health and safety.
The welded wire mesh is welded by excellent low-carbon steel wires
and passivated and plasticized through cold plating
(electroplating), hot dipping and PVC plastic coating. With flat
surface, even mesh count, firm welding spots and stable structure,
it features its strong completeness, partial good machining
performance, stability, excellent corrosion resistance and rush
prevention.
It is made from choice plain steel wire and stainless steel wire,
which shows good corrosion-resistance and oxidation-resistance,
widely used for poultry houses, egg baskets, runway enclosures,
draining racks, porch guards, rat-proofing, safety guards on
machines, animal and plant pens and shelves, etc
